Shipping Policy

Standard delivery time is between 3 to 6 working days after you place your order (excluding Sunday and public holidays).

Please note that potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control are possible. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We charge Rs. 200 for all orders under 5 KG in weight. For orders that weigh more than 5 KG, the shipping cost increases with each additional KG. 

Local delivery

Deliveries are made from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM through Monday to Saturday excluding Sundays and holidays. We will contact you via text message or call with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

In-store pickup

At this time, we do not offer in store pickup. 

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship internationally. 

How do I check the status of my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 6 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@oliveoil.com.pk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for more information. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@oliveoil.com.pk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
