Introducing Mueloliva's Classica, the perfect everyday-use cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil made with a careful blend of Picual and Hojiblanca olives harvested from our own farms in Andalusia, Spain.

With a low intensity flavour and aroma, Classica Extra Virgin olive oil is a versatile and delicious choice for everyday medium-heat cooking, Pakistani dishes, direct consumption (eg. with spoon), light/pan frying, drizzling, salad dressing, soups, stews, as a condiment and more. 

 

Acidity/Free Fatty Acid Percentage: 0.5%

Every oil is lab-tested before bottling to exceed the European Union's strict Extra Virgin Olive Oil standards.

 

High Smoke Point: 210°C

Flavour Profile

This extra virgin olive oil has a fruity flavour with a low level of intensity. There are hints of apple and bannana in the aroma. It has a sweet initial taste and very little spiciness.
