How Mueloliva Prices Compare to Other Olive Oil Brands in Pakistan
Olive oil prices in Pakistan vary a lot depending on the type of oil, the brand, and whether it’s imported or locally packed. Supermarket and marketplace prices also move up and down with promotions and the PKR exchange rate.
Mueloliva sits in the premium, imported Spanish olive oil segment. Every bottle we sell in Pakistan is:
- Produced, packed and sealed at the Mueloliva oil mill in Andalusia, Spain
- Low-acidity olive oil (well below the 0.8% extra virgin limit)
- High in Polyphenols/Antioxidants (Picuda EVOO)
- Officially imported into Pakistan and sold only through authorized channels
You will always find cheaper “olive oils” and blends in the market, but they are often higher in acidity, lower in Polyphenols/antioxidants, mixed origin, or not extra virgin. Our goal is to offer clean, authentic, low-acidity, Spanish origin, antioxidant-rich olive oil that you can trust for your family.
Which Mueloliva Olive Oil Is Best For Me?
Not sure which bottle to pick? Here is a simple guide:
EVOO for medium-heat, everyday cooking, Pakistani dishes, direction consumption, light fring, pan frying, dressing, drizzling:
- Choose Picuda Extra Virgin if you like a more robust flavour, rich in polyphenols/antioxidants for everyday use.
- Choose Classica Extra Virgin if you prefer a milder flavour for everyday use.
For everyday Pakistani cooking on medium heat
- Both Picuda and Classica Extra Virgin work very well for everyday cooking, Pakistani dishes, gravies, pan-frying and air frying.
For deep frying and baking
- Choose Extra Light Olive Oil or Pomace with Extra Virgin.
These have a higher smoke point (240°C) and more neutral flavour, so they are better suited for very high heat deep-frying, and baking.
Common Questions About Olive Oil Price in Pakistan
Q: Why are some olive oils much cheaper than others in Pakistan?
Prices depend on the type of oil (extra virgin vs. refined vs. pomace), the origin, packaging, certifications, and how it is imported.
Many “cheap” oils are not extra virgin, may have higher acidity, lower polyphenols/antioxidants or are blended with other vegetable oils.
Mueloliva focuses on low-acidity, polyphenols/antioxidants rich, properly tested oils produced and packed in Spain.
Q: Do your prices change during the year?
Yes, prices can change if the PKR exchange rate, international freight or import duties change. When we update our prices, we also update this page so you always have a current reference.
Q: Are your online store prices the same as your in-store prices at places like Imtiaz, Carrefour and Metro?
No. Prices are lowest on our online store because stores have their own profit margins. We pass these savings to our customers, so when you buy directly from our online store, you get the cheapest prices possible for all Mueloliva olive oils.
